Dolceto is a white sweet-and-sour condiment. It is made from a blend of concentrated aromatic and sweet grape must (60%) and wine vinegar. Its aroma can be described as fresh, with a floral bouquet. The taste is sweet and harmonious, with a fruity floral note.
Ideal for fresh salads, cooked/steamed vegetables, salmon, and shellfish. It enhances the flavor of fruit salads.

Ingredients: Concentrated white grape must, wine vinegar, Balsamic vinegar of Modena I.G.P.
