This whole wheat spaghetti is made from 100% whole wheat semolina, which gives it a darker color compared to regular pasta. The pasta is shaped using bronze molds and is dried for 22 hours at temperatures ranging from a minimum of 36°C to a maximum of 55°C. Due to its rough and porous surface, it absorbs sauces and other ingredients very well.
